Serves 50 Pieces Blend cream cheese, meat, chilis and olives together. Spread evenly on the tortillas. Roll the tortillas jellyroll style and refrigerate at least 4 hours or all day cover with plastic wrap and a damp cloth. Slice into 1/2 inch slices. Serve immediately with Santa Barbara regular, Salsa Verde, Fire Roasted Chili or Garlic Style or let your guests choose!
