 Taco Stand Salsa was inspired by Southern California’s famous walk up Taco Stands. This salsa is pureed but thick enough to stay where you put it. It’s flavor is hearty, but not too spicy. It is the Perfect balance.  California Fiesta Salsa delivers a visually stunning, well-layered flavor characteristic of California Cuisine. It’s a clever blend of red, green and yellow bell peppers that creates a “fiesta” of flavor. Medium in spice and designed for condiment and dipping uses, this salsa has subtle, exciting flavors throughout! Salsa Tres Frijoles (3-bean salsa) answers the perennial question, “What if I like bean dip but don’t want the calories?” Most traditional bean dips are loaded with fat, but we’ve taken a different approach in keeping with our California “Spa Cuisine” heritage. This wonderful salsa blends three beans (kidney, black and pinto) with a classic chunky salsa base and layers of subtle spice. It’s just the vegetables (and calorie count) you love. Artichoke Salsa is an original idea from Santa Barbara, inspired by our love of unique flavors and ingredients. The mellow flavor of soft artichoke pieces, combined with just the right amount of spice and flavor, makes this a truly unique salsa experience.  Fire Roasted Chili Salsa offers an exciting, smoky flavor without excessive heat. We roast the chilis over a flame to bring out their inner richness. Don’t mistake this for a Hot salsa… it’s closer to Medium and is very dippable.

Smoked Pasilla Salsa contains one of Mexico’s greatest chiles. The mahogany-colored Pasilla imparts a sophisticated flavor much more subtle than its relative the Chipotle. Medium heat with layers of flavor, this salsa enhances eggs, chips, vegetables, rice, baked potatoes, meat and fish. 
Chipotle-Pineapple Salsa features one the best combinations of “layered” flavor we’ve found: smokey, mild chipotle and pineapple. Habanero Lime Salsa is a delightful new surprise. Most people aren't aware that Habanero is one of the most flavorful peppers because that flavor is usually hidden by its intense heat. We've uncovered that great flavor with our special cooking process to temper the heat to "Medium" and make this salsa a hit with everyone!
